Most Albariño is found in Spain, but we were fortunate to get some of this uncommon grape from Ramirez Vineyard here in the Temecula Valley. These green- and yellow-colored grapes come in a very tight bunch and produce a wine with a different character from many other white wines. We suggest you enjoy this delicious, crisp wine while still young.

Aroma: Immediate lime notes give way to nectarine, with pronounced fresh green herbs and wet stones/minerals.
Palate: Upon entry, a creamy mouthfeel leads to lemon, lime, and light grapefruit flavors, finishing with mouthwatering acidity.
Pairing: With its abundant, balanced acidity and herb/citrus/mineral character, this Albariño will pair beautifully with many appetizers, salads, grilled and lightly sauced fish and white meat dishes.
