Our Reserve Chardonnay is made for people who prefer the barrel-fermented version of this grape. Our winemaker sends the grape juice to brand-new French oak barrels and then leaves the wine on the lees for up to eight months in order to add complexity and mouthfeel. This wine is a departure from our 100% stainless steel-fermented Chardonnay so it merits being a Reserve wine. We think you’ll enjoy its richness as well as its crisp acidity.
